Return & Exchange Policy
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will typically take 7-14 business days to be delivered. The delivery options are either in person pick ups, shipping via USPS or by Jamal himself. For shipping to your desired address, it will cost $10. Local packages are typically delivered by Jamal depending on distance. Jamal has decided to do in person pick ups for free for well known customers willing to meet him at an agreed location.
No refunds on goods. If you would like to return or exchange your merchandise please contact via email. FoundForFocus does not cover shipping cost for returns. No return on washed or worn items. *If FoundForFocus makes a mistake with your order you may exchange it free of charge. No returns or exchanges after 7 days.
